At Quiet Pets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Items not in original packaging

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@quietpetstore.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
